The Administration
seek to be efficient and effective, in a
company, organization, or any business, inclusive in the family, through
performance in the goals, money, personal, materials or anything that
influences in the development.
Various Authors define
the concept of Administration like the following:

“Administration is a long and slightly pompous word, but it
has a humble meaning, for it means, to care for or look after people, to manage
affairs… is determined action taken in pursuit of a conscious purpose.” Gladden
E.N. (1972)

“Public
administration is that part of the science of administration, which has to do
with the government; it concerns itself primarily with the executive branch
where the work of the government is done; though, there are obviously problems
also in connection with the legislature and judicial branch”. Gulick Luther (1937)
The Administration is a universal concept, because do not matter
the place or the country, always need to keep the control and wants to achieve
goals and objectives.
Functions:

Planning: Action of establishing what is the objective,
what is the goal.
2.
Organize: Organize the time; the activities of each day, in
this way the time don’t wasted.
3.
Commanding: Know how to give clear instructions to people,
for they do things in a correct way
4.
Coordinate: know how
to carry several things at the same time in such a way that they work

I think the Management it is very important in all the
areas in each area that is part of an organization or business, because all the
areas need a manager to control or motive the team.
For example: area of finance, logistic, quality, marketing,
human resources, engineering, for mention someone’s, which the reason is that always
or usually, exist a manager in each area.
Organization
Group of people to
conform an organization, business, company, family, where each person have a
role in specific to achieve whit objects and goals in common.
Every organization
have an organization chart of people with their role, and each of them through
the administration establish strategies to be able to archived the goals of the
company, said organization are carried out by means of management.

I agree with your definition of Organization because each individual in an organization must have a role to fulfill. The way I see it, an organization works like a car. Each area, each group, each person are the different components of the vehicle, if any of them stops working properly the car will gradually stop working.
