Audio #2
Alastair gives an example of a company which has used technology to change the way it communicates with customers. Give reasons why it communicates well.
Alastair talks about how Amazon raises it is strategies to be able to generate more sales and to be able to satisfy the client in a timely manner, through technological platforms and logistics.

What mistakes did the company make, and how could they have improved the customer experience?
The support they used to help the client with their problems, was not very effective, because was very difficult for the people to understand the process to request support, the system was not very clear.
They must attend to the complaints of the clients, and changed the voice system for a clearer one or by a personal assistan, of this way they can attend and understand the each person's problems. of this way the client will be more satisfied with the service.
I agree with the first section of your work, I also think that technology does not help to improve communication, maybe it turns out to be a threat in many aspects
ResponderBorrarIn the point two, I think it is right, there is a limited attention because there is not contact, is only a machine and a person
ResponderBorrarI agree with you! Amazon is making a great job at creating this connection with their customers and making them feel listen to. Let’s remember that an effective communication is created, yes, when you send a message, but it also needs to listen and have feedback. Awesome reflection, thank yu for sharing c:
ResponderBorrarSometimes the way we use technology can cause a poor exchange on the way we communicate, but can also be a really helpful tool we can use to transmit better information.
